A special class with Jenny O'Laughlin · Saturday, June 6th
Young athletes train hard, but flexibility, mobility, recovery, and body awareness often get overlooked. This special hot yoga class with Jenny is built for teen and tween athletes, ages 10 to 18 to improve flexibility and range of motion, build core strength and balance, lower injury risk, and recover faster between practices and games. All ability levels welcome. No yoga experience needed.

Who: Ages 10 to 18, all ability levels
Cost: Free. Our gift to the next generation of athletes.
Bring: A yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Be ready to sweat!

New to Thrive? Email Jenny at jenny@thrivehotyoga.com with your child's first and last name, then arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to complete the registration form and waiver in person.
