RESERVATION POLICIES:

All students are encouraged to book yoga classes online or via our Thrive Hot Yoga app. Walk-ins are always welcome. However, while we are quick to make room, spots are not guaranteed. 

When in doubt, commit to making time in your schedule by committing to classes on ours!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Thrive Unlimited Memberships and Hot Packs are paid up-front for the set period of their activity. No refunds will be issued for unused months or classes. 

Monthly AutoPay Membership Cancellations require at least 15 Days written notice prior to the next billing cycle in order to stop payment in time. Please take this into consideration as no refunds will be issued.

Membership, Packages, and Purchases:

Class packages, introductory offers, and annual contracts start on the first day of use. Purchases for all yoga class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All retail sales are final purchase; exchanges will be done on a limited basis with management approval. Gift Cards and Studio Accounts cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded; balances can be used toward classes or retail purchases.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

While we are of the opinion that yoga can greatly enhance and transform your body and your life, only you and your doctor can determine if yoga poses a risk or a benefit to your health. Learn more about how to prepare for hot yoga classes here.
