More than Yoga: This Year’s Bring-It-On 30-Day Challenge Starts November 15!

Update: in studio group classes are suspended until further notice as of Nov 18th

It’s time for another one of our famous Thrive 30-Day Challenges!

Obviously, this 30-day challenge will be a little different than the one-class-a-day studio challenges we’ve done in the past. Since in-studio sessions are very limited due to capacity restrictions, we’ve designed a hybrid version that we think you’ll love—with invitations to practice Thriving at home, in studio, in meditation, in writing, in books, and in collective silliness.

Yes. Silliness. Because it’s time. And it’s only awkward if you’re the only one doing it.

And you won’t be. Because Jenny and I are all in.

Overall, every aspect of the next 30 days will remind and encourage you to nourish and care for all the pieces of you.

Rebound gently.

Rebuild purposefully.

Release gloriously.

If you commit to this Bring-It-On challenge, I promise you’ll arrive on December 15th with greater health, energy, clarity, and joy.

How it works

There are three components to this 30-Day Bring-It-On Challenge:

  • Daily Yoga and/or Self Care

  • A Community-Building Scavenger Hunt

  • Gratitude Journal

All three are geared to help you bring on the best in the next 30 days and help you build the routines, friendships, and mental clarity that will see you through the rest of the year and into 2021 and beyond.

You are welcome to pick one, two, or all three—but whatever you pick, commit to seeing it all the way through.

That’s what makes it a challenge!

The Yoga + Self Care Challenge

Choose how you are going to commit to your health through movement and mental clarity this month. It could be yoga, fitness, meditation, massage, daily nature walks, or a combination!

If you intend on practicing in-studio for some of your days, book your classes with Wellness Living to reserve your spots.

Doing some (or all) of your daily practice at home? Dive into virtual Thrive Livestream & On Demand for yoga, fitness and meditations. It’s easy to signup, only $59/mo, and can be cancelled anytime. Once your Virtual Membership is active, simply login at the top of our homepage.

Scavenger Hunt Challenge

Filled with end-of-year and holiday treats, the Scavenger Hunt this time around is festive, fun, and full of ways to join and interact with our ever-growing Thrive community on Facebook.

Early on in the challenge we recommend you crack open a new book— here are a few ideas if you want inspiration:

The Power of 8 by Lynne McTaggart

Breathe: The New Science of the Lost Art by James Nestor

The Greatest Secret by Rhonda Byrne

Gratitude Journal

Sometimes it takes a global pandemic and lockdowns to make us appreciate the little, big, and simple things in life.

Our Everyday Gratitude Journal prompts you to write one statement of gratitude at the beginning or the end of every day (studies show if you do it before you go to bed, you’ll sleep better!). We’ve left this one undated so you can do this anytime (and every month!).

Ready to bring it on? Good.

See you soon here!
